115,000 sq ft, Marden, Kent

 

Claygate distribute bathroom and plumbing products to the merchant trade from its base in Kent. Having outgrown their site a new 100,000 sq ft distribution warehouse and 15,000 sq ft office with phased construction was developed.

 

Tournay Design were appointed to provide Workpace Consultancy & Interior Design with the new headquarters featuring specialist showroom, training and studio spaces.
